Dear Customers,
We have decided due to a number of late payments after data has been wiped to provide a so called "grace period". This idea was given to us by one of our customers and so we have implemented it. From now on, we will keep shared slots for 48 hours after the date they are due, customers wont be able to log in but data will remain. So to put it in simple terms, details will be changed but data will remain for 48 hours after overdue. This should allow late customers to pay and not lose the vital data they have. We hope you like this feature.
If you have any other suggestions please feel free to voice them, we are willing to listen to anything.
On another note, we are currently trialling VPS software which could enhance our shared packages even further, this however will undergo thurough testing before being introduced.
