We have now sent all the invoices neccesary which are due between the period of closure, if you have not recieved your invoice and think it is between the closure dates (24th December - 4th January) plaese inform us asap. Please note that all the invoices sent need to be paid before the 23rd to secure your slot for the additonal month. Shared slots are not affected but we would be very happy if you could pay before the date so we don't have to dip into the red. As we said in the previous mail support is not affected.
