• We Will Not Be Held Responsible For What Customers Use The Servers For. None of the files hosted on our servers should be copyrighted or contains adult content You may not use this site to distribute or download any material which you do not legally own and/or have the rights to do so. It is your own responsibility to adhere to these terms. We assume that the content hosted on your server(s) belongs to you or is a Freeware which follows the Rules.
• Once the server has been delivered and is working as it should be we will not offer a refund for any reason.
• All details given must be correct. If not we withold the right to withold your server and not refund you as fake details is considered a fraudgilant offence.
• Please do not edit/change passwords/usernames given to you by us. This is so we can access your server for support.
• Please do not edit/change the configuration of the programs on the server and the server configuartion itself. If you know what to do then fine but we will not be hold responsible if we can't fix it.
• All servers are for a period of 1 month (The amount of days depends on the amount in the perticular month u order) unless the package says otherwise.
• If you are canceling prior to the end of your billing term (i.e. in the middle of the month, or the year if you paid for a year), there can be no refunds for that portion of the term you did not use.
• Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer of SuperSeeder.eu is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
• SuperSeeder.eu reserves the right to change or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By submitting your order to SuperSeeder.eu, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service.If you do not agree to these Terms, then please don't submit an order for a seedbox/server.Violations of these Acceptable Uses Policies and Terms of Service should be referred to superseeder@ymail.com .All complaints will be investigated promptly. Serious violations of terms or conditions can be ground for immediate account deactivation without refund.
• No botnets, hack attempts, DDoS' etc to be launched from your server.
• Do not become a burden to the server. Continually hogging resources on shared servers or running multiple clients will have you disabled & removed, without refund.
• Traffic Limits should not be exceeded. In an extreme case where they are we are at no obligation to refund you, pay for more bandwith or give you extra days. The limits are clearly explained in the knowledge base however not many customers or servers go over the limit so don't be put off by this.
• We will not tollerate hatred/abuse towards our staff.
• Paypal disputes or any other kind of dispute with a money lender/provider will not be tollerated and your service will be witheld immediately without being reimbursed.
• Affiliates must not create fraud orders to gain money for themselves. We reserve the right to refuse them the affiliate scheme whenever we see fit.
• Reviews of our company must be truthful and concise. We reserve the right to ask for reviews to be removed.
• We reserve the right to ban/log ips as a form of protection for other companys/users. We also reserve the right to record emails and account/account changes.
• We reserve the right to email you with the latest offers when you sign upto our servers. If you want to be removed please email superseeder@ymail.com so we can remove you from our mailing listing. We also reserve the right to let 3rd partys email you via our systems if/when we see fit. However we have yet to do this and doubt we ever will.
• We respect the privacy of users and thefor will not share any info about you and we would appreciate it if you would do the same to us.

• We do not gaurentee to keep backups of your data or server details.
• If you are found guilty of any of the following then we reserve the right to suspend anyones account doing them: Distributing fake torrents AKA PPI, any malware distribution, Racism and Hate crime related, Terrorism and anything related there to, Phishing and or anything to compromise another person(s) identity and any type of script and or file that tries to interfere with another's website, server and or home connection (DDoS attacks)

We do not have an automated mail-list system because we send all of our e-mails manually.
