step 1 : open the Fizilla FTP Client,

Step 2: then select "File -> Site Manager" , then a new dialog Box open,

 then select "New Site" 

Step 3: Enter the IP Address, port and

select the Server type as "FTPES - FTP over explicit TLS/SSL ",

 then select

 logon type as normal, then enter ur cerdentials, then select Connect

step4 : Now you can see the FTP server Conencted to SSL/TLS where you get a Certificate,

 Accept the Certificate,

step 5: once you have accepted the certifcate you will be connected to the server,
